Most people will try to match it with their artwork, for e.g. if the background is white they would select a white sleeve and vice versa. If your flag is not white or black it comes down to personal preference. Lead time is from confirmation of artwork approval. Lead time refers to dispatch, final delivery time will depend on location and type of courier used. Upon request, we can provide certification documents for the factories that we source our products from.
